Jay Silva is a licensed Nevada Broker with a Property Management Permit. He holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI), and is a Realtor®. In addition, Jay Silva is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR), and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).
