Member of National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® was founded as the National Association of Real Estate Exchanges on May 12, 1908, at the YMCA Auditorium in Chicago, Il. The Association became the largest trade association in the United States in the early 1970s, with over 400,000 members. Today, the National Association of REALTORS® has over 850,000 members, 54 State Associations (including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands) and more than 1,500 local Associations.

Member of Nevada Association of Realtors® (NVAR). NVAR is the largest trade association in Nevada, representing more than 20,000 Nevada REALTORS® belonging to five local associations. Members are active real estate licensees from all areas of real estate, including residential, commercial, property management, land, appraisal, and relocation.

Member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). For more than seven decades, IREM has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. With 80 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM is an international organization that also serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry.

 

Member of National Organization of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). NARPM, founded in October 1988, provides a permanent trade organization for the residential property management industry. NARPM continues to be the premier professional association of residential property managers, currently representing over 2000 members comprised of real estate agents, brokers, managers and their employees.
