Maintenance Requests

As a convenience for our residents, all maintenance requests can be submitted to us online. It is important that you remember that this online submission should only be used with regards to non-emergency and/or non-essential services at the property. Before you submit an online maintenance request, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

  • In the event of a medical emergency, fire, or burglary, please dial 911 immediately. Please inform us of such matters only after you have notified proper authorities
  • Please test all smoke detectors throughout the property at least once a month and replace batteries at least once every six months
  • If you detect a gas odor at the property, around appliances, or the garage, please notify Southwest Gas at 702-365-1555 immediately
  • Report all leaks, drips, irrigation problems, or plumbing backups to us immediately by calling our office at 702-966-8295
  • Please replace all HVAC filters every thirty days
  • Failure to report a maintenance issue will cause a resident to be responsible for all costs associated with a repair and/or restoration of the property to its original condition
  • All residents should refer to their Residential Lease Agreement, paragraphs 14 through 14.9 regarding maintenance, repairs, and emergencies at the rented property
