Pet Application
Our standard residential lease agreement does not allow for any pets to be on or about the rented property at any time. However, a property owner may choose to allow pets on the property, in which case a tenant is required to complete our Pet Application.
Owning and maintaining a pet on the property is subject to our policies, Landlord requirements, and Homeowners Association (if any) rules and regulations. Some of these rules and requirements are as follows:
- Landlord must give permission for pets to be on the property
- Homeowners Association (if any) must allow pets in the community
- Ownership of a pet is subject to Local Laws and Ordinances (Clark County Code Title 10 Animals)
- Pet Application must be completed in its entirety and submitted to us for review and approval
- Photo(s) of the pet(s) must be submitted along with the Pet Application
- No more than 3 pets will be allowed on the Property at any time
- Pet deposit of $250 (per pet) must be paid upon the approval of the Pet Application and prior to pet taking occupancy at the property
- Pets under 1 years old will not be allowed on the property at any time
- No pet shall exceed the weight of 40 pounds
- All farm and exotic animals are not permitted on or about the property at any time
- Breeding of any animals is prohibited
- Prohibited breeds of dogs are: German Shepherd, Doberman, Akita, Pitt Bull, Chow Chow, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Great Dane, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Alaskan Malamute
