If you are a Leasing Agent, we understand the vital role that you play in procuring qualified applicants and expediting the rental of our available properties. This is why we advise our clients to offer more generous commissions.

Referral Fees

We will pay a $150 referral fee for any new client that you introduce to us. The fee will be paid upon successful execution of our property management agreement with the new client.

Rental Agent Fee/Leasing Commission

We offer some of the most generous leasing commissions on our rental listings. All leasing commissions are paid within 24-48 hours of successful execution of our residential lease agreement with the new tenant.

Rental Agent Form

All Agents who have introduced a prospective tenant to us, which resulted in successful execution of our residential lease agreement, must complete a Rental Agent Form in order for the leasing commission to be paid.
