In the event that a rental property requires additional maintenance, repairs, or any other services which will exceed the property's reserve account limit, our clients/owners can choose to send the required funds to us electronically. For that, we have partnered with PayLease, Inc. Through this partnership, our clients can submit funds to us online using a credit card or an electronic check.

If you are new to PayLease, you will have to go through a one-time sign up process in order to use their services for all your payment needs. Please note that PayLease will charge certain convenience and/or transaction fees associated with that service. WestPro Management and Leasing, LLC does not receive any part of these fees, or profit in any way from the our clients' use of this service. The ability to submit funds online is provided as a value-added service to our clients, and, at no time, our clients are required to use it. Payments sent via U.S. Mail are always welcome and accepted.
