Answer: Contact WestPro by phone; (702) 966-8295, or by email; leasing@westprolv.com . You may also search and contact a REALTOR® for assistance in viewing our available rental properties.
Question: How can I apply to rent a WestPro property?
Answer: Information on applying for a WestPro rental property can be found on the Rental Application page of our website.
Question: How long will it take to receive an answer if my application is approved or denied?
Answer: This information can be found in the “Application Process” section on the Rental Application page of our website. While the application process takes, on average, 24 to 48 hours, we can not be responsible for any delay due to difficulties in verifying information from third parties, such as your current landlord, or employer. Additionally, any missing or incomplete information may delay the processing of your application, or may cause it to be denied.
Question: Will you accept a personal check for my security deposit and first month’s rent?
Answer: Information on required deposits can be found in the “Fees” section on the Rental Application page of our website. As explained, within two (2) business days of the approval of your application, the applicant must pay the balance of the security deposit and pet deposit (if any). Any required deposits and rent, which may be prorated, must be made in the form of a Money Order, Certified Bank Check, or can be paid online on our Make Payments page.
Question: Will my rental property be ready for my move in date?
Answer: While we use our best effort to prepare a property for occupancy, there may be latent issues that require attention after a tenant has taken possession. Contact information for reporting maintenance issues is provided to our valued tenants at lease signing, or you can submit a maintenance request online on our Maintenance Request page.
Question: Will you address any repairs and maintenance that I request?
Answer: In the Maintenance paragraph, of the WestPro Residential Lease Agreement, maintenance responsibilities are clearly explained and contact information is provided. Maintenance Requests can also be submitted online.
Question: How do I report an emergency?
Answer: In the Emergencies paragraph, of the our Residential Lease Agreement, emergency information, procedures and responsibilities are clearly explained. Emergency information can also be found on the Maintenance Requests page of our website.
Question: Will you notify me about renewing my lease?
Answer: Yes. Approximately sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Lease Agreement, tenants are notified in writing of the upcoming lease expiration date. Providing that the Landlord wishes to continue leasing his/her property, we will prepare the appropriate lease renewal documentation.  Please remember that the rental rate may increase at that time. As required by Nevada Revised Statutes, tenants are given 45 days written notice in advance of the first rental payment to be increased. A Renewal Evaluation of the property will also be scheduled.
Question: Will I receive my security deposit back?
Answer: Yes. Your security deposit is refundable. However, the Landlord may claim a part of the security deposit, but only such amount which is reasonably necessary to remedy any default of the tenant in the payment of rent, to repair damages to the premises caused by the tenant other than normal wear, and to pay the reasonable costs of cleaning the premises. Your security deposit may also be adjusted for any unpaid Late Fees, Legal Fees, Community Fines, Utilities or Invoices pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes, and the WestPro Residential Lease Agreement.
Question: How long will it take for me to receive my security deposit?
Answer: You will be provided with an itemized written accounting of the disposition of the security deposit and receive the entire sum, or any remaining portion of that security deposit no later than 30 days after the termination of the tenancy, by mail to your present address, or if that address is unknown, to your last known address.
